Tier 2 PBS Dependent Visa

Hello.

I'm a Tier 2 Visa holder and I came here in UK last Feb of 2016. When I applied for my visa I was still single but I recently got married. I am planning to apply my husband as my dependent. Will it matter if my civil status in my application form back year 2016 that I was still single? Or do I need to change it? How to change it?

Or as long as I provide all the necessary things to prove our marriage genuine would be enough?

No it will not matter. No need to change it unless your name has changed then you must inform HO within 3 months and apply for a new BRP card once your passport has been updated.
