Tier 2 General Review due to English

Hi,

I have applied the Tier 2 general visa outside UK. I have recently received a letter of refusal of entry clearance for the tier 2 visa.

The reason for the refusal is that the entry clearance office was unable to verify my IELTS test score through the UKVI immigration online system. I took this IELTS test from IHS London. But I have a valid test score as per Visa requirements. I have done my English Literature as UG, but have not submitted the certificate since I have IELTS.

Is it worth going for review to consider my application on the basis of my english graduation or get the NARIC to submit along? Also am holding dependant ICT visa, will there be any problem in traveling back to UK?
