Premium Service - applying same as of visa expiry date

Hi

I am on ICT Tier 2 long term visa less than 3 years. Expiring on 12th Sept 2017.

I am able to get an appointment on 12th on the glasgow office for premium service. I have not yet booked the appointment.

My query is - Am I allowed to go for premium service on the very same day as my visa expires ?
