spouse visa and council tax

I am going to be applying for spouse visa for my husband who is in pakistan i am currently living with my mum in a council house when my husband comes i will be staying with my auntie who said we can stay with her as long as we want to without paying but my question is do i have to provide council tax bills for where i currently live they are in my moms name and the propety is a council so do i still need to provide them
