FLR(o) or FLR (FP)

Post by mollydoglove » Fri Sep 01, 2017 3:14 pm

Hello everyone my sister wants to apply for a DLR she entered the country 3yrs ago on a visiting visa. Now she has a British son and her partner who is the father to her baby is also British. The confusion now is that she wants to apply but she would rather go for the shorter route (5yrs or 6yrs) than the (10yrs) route but don't know what form to use FLR(o) if it's still available for FLR(FP). Pls help has she would rather want to apply through her son.

FLR(FP) 10 year PARTNER route.

She CANNOT apply through the PARENT route if she is with her partner/childs' father.

Thanks CR001 she is with her baby daddy but they are not married. I will let her know. So which means FLR(o) form is not longer used for DLR.

Thanks for the info I was just trying to see if she can go for the 5yrs route rather than 10yrs. And Does anyone know how much is will cost her to apply and will she need to pay for NHS before submitting?
