Premium Service Appointment booking - multiple applicants

Post by deeasn » Sat Sep 02, 2017 11:28 am

Hi there,

Has anyone used the new online system for booking premium service appointments? I am trying to book an appointment for me and my spouse, but cannot find the option to book for more than 1 applicant.

Does this mean we will have to make 2 separate accounts and get separate appointments?

Or if there is a way to add multiple applicants on the same login, can someone please help tell me where I will find this option?

Thanks so much,
deeasn

You cannot include your dependent in a Set(LR) application, the rules do not permit this.

What is your wife applying for?

Thanks for your response CR001,

we are both applying for the same visa category i.e SET(LR).

i understand that my spouse will have a seperate application (and is not a dependant in this case). But i was wondering if we both can attend the appointment together, or will we have to book seperately for each of us?

Thanks,
deeasn

As these are separate applications you will need to book two appointments.

Hi Deeasn

Did you and the wife manage to find and book premium service online for the same time on the same day?

My wife and I are in the same situation. We are both trying to get appointments on the same day at the same time but the online booking system does not have a slot available for the same time for 2 applicants so we are unable to book together. We are both applying for SET LR and are submitting separate applications.

Any advice you can share on your booking experience would be helpful.

Thanks

Book two appointments at different times. You cannot book one appointment for 2 separate applications. You must book two separate appointments.

Ok thanks, if we book at two different times (e.g. 9:00 and 12:00) on the same day, do you know if they will see us together at the first appointment slot?

Probably not because it is two SEPARATE individual applications. An applicant also cannot enter the centres more than 30 or 45 minutes before their appointment time as far as I am aware.
