Visa Sponsor - Tier 2

Hello Members,

I am xxxx, Based out of Bangalore, India.

I am currently working as SAP APO DP & SNP Consultant & have overall experience of 7 years.

I am looking for overseas career opportunities.In this process i need some info/assistance - if any members here can guide me.

I approached multiple consultancies which hire permanent or contract resources. They were positive towards my profile for hiring, However they are not willing to proceed further due work permit and visa issues.

Though i agreed to pay processing fees for work permit. Unfortunately, I could not find any company which is provides one.

I am not sure if this is the right way to check regarding companies which sponsor.

I have found below list of sponsor's. Can anyone provide any list of Sponsor of IT Jobs?

I am sorry but not sure what your question is ! When you apply for a job you clearly mention that you'll require Tier2 sponsorship.

No one can help more than this I guess !

The link you have provided is the correct link of Tier 2 HO approved sponsors. You can ONLY get a visa to work directly for the sponsor.

Contracting on Tier 2 or working through an intermediatary or 'consultancy agency' is not permitted. You are only allowed to be a PAYE employee of the sponsoring employer.

Though i agreed to pay processing fees for work permit. Unfortunately, I could not find any company which is provides one.

What do you mean by 'pay processing fees'?? You have to pay the visa application fee and the Immigration health surcharge yourself, the employer does not usually pay this. The employer would only have to pay the Immigration Skills Charge.

I am not into IT, but I know that there are many IT firms sponsoring Tier 2 visa. As much as I know, the sponsors register is not divided into sectors. So you have to do Google search on IT companies in the UK and then go back to the register to check if they are registered sponsors. It might be a long process, but I don't think there's any other option. And as part of the rules in this forum, I don't think anyone will come here to give you lists of IT companies.
