Spouse Visa Financial Requirement Advice needed

Post by bobby05 » Tue Sep 05, 2017 2:46 pm

Hi All,

Just need advice about my Cat A route:

June:1600 (Gross Pay)
July: 1600
Aug: 1600
Sep: 2000 (Pay rise from sep)
Oct: 2000 (paid Hoildays)
Nov: 1000 (2 weeks unpaid holidays)

I'm not sure about Nov pay as it's less than £1550 but overall combined 6 months pay will be above £9300.

Can somebody please help me out on this?

Thanks in advance.

What's your current annual gross income? And how much you have earned during the last 12 months before tax??

In this case category B salaried person seems fit in your case where you have to meet 2 requirements. Firstly you must have earned at least £18600 during the last 12 months and secondly your salaried job must be giving you at least £18600 at the time of application.
The reason category A does not seems fit in your case because HO will definitely take the lowest figure of your wages which won't meet the requirement. Moreover, since your wages figures are identical so you can't claim non-salaried in category A. Therefore category B salaried person should be fine.
