ex wife living in same house/second wife spouse visa

Hi there, i am about to apply for my second wifes visa. My house is still in my name and my ex's name. She is in fact still living there. My lawyer said it is ok to call the second wife in the same accommodation. All i have to do is get a consent letter from my ex wife. And get the survey done as there are plenty of rooms to stay for my second wife. This will be temporary. Me and my second wife will move out after a few months. Now are there any chances of objection. HO could point out that why is my ex still living there especially when i am a muslim and they could suspect that i am trying to keep two wifes. Even though i am not and even if i do i am legally married to my second wife only. Plz urgent advice needed as i am applying in a couple of weeks.

My first wife put in the consent. I never did. I never signed anything. She moved to her parents house. Later on due to the childs well being both of our families decided that we should live together as parents of the child only. Islamically we are still husband and wife. The relationship is beyond repair. In a few months the absolute decree happened. I married my second wife after that. I know the HO will be interested but by law i am in the clear. Could they object on something like that even when i am not doing anything legal.
I have read that you can call your second wife in the same house even if your ex is living there. As some people do live under the same roof after divorce.
