Tier 2 Dependent Pregnancy

Hi Guys,

Apologies if this is not the correct forum to post since I am on tier 2 so I thought to post it here.

My wife is on tier 2 dependent VISA, and we are expecting our first baby, my wife is travelling to India, during 14th week and coming back during 21st, my question is:
1. Are there any immigration rules that we need to be aware of during pregnancy?
2. What kind of document should we have just in case if any problem arises?

Just to let you know, we have checked with airlines, and there is no restriction until 28 weeks, my concern is only with UK immigration rules.
