After ILR what happens with dependant's visa

Hi All,

I am new to this forum, I need some advise.

I have ILR on the basis of 10 years residency, My child born in London while I was on HSMP Tier 1 General, I got her Naturalisation Certificate and applied for her British Passport shall be getting around 20/09/2017 as get message from HMPO.

My question is my wife is on PBS Dependant visa, so shall I apply for her extension or need to swap on spouse visa? My wife came to UK on the basis of my HSMP Tier 1 General visa.

Any advise will be much appreciated.

When does her visa expire?

How long has she been in the UK?

She should switch to FLR(M) as you got ILR based on Long Residence and not the PBS route.
