HELP: Change of TIER 2 Certificate of Sponsorship years

Hi, I need urgent help as my employer wants to reduce the number of years on the CoS from 5 years to 2 years. They have made the payment already and I really don't know what to do?

What payment have they made?
Char (CR001 not Casa)

if you mean they have paid for the cos, and generated the number, then they cant change he cos.
they can add a note to the cos in cos notes, to say they have changed the end date.
