No one can tell you now, in September 2017, what the increase will be in April 2018. We, like everybody else, will likely only know in March 2018 when HO publishes the document.

Thank you. Hope it's not too much.

It might be, given the substantial jump in fees this year. Suggest budget accordingly, based on a 20 to 25% increase.

the current total fee for premium appointment for ILR is about 2900 (2287 to be precise I think). Expect this to increase to about 3600-3700 in April 2018 based on the percentage increases to date. Of course, this is just a guess based on recent pattern and you have to wait for March to see the actual fee..

Not really. Before the election, the government had got an Order passed through Parliament that the ILR Fees would be increased to £3250 in 2019-2020.

Based on that number, another member has made a guesstimate of what the ILR fees will be in the coming years. It assumes, as CR001 suggested above, a 20% hike year-on-year.

The estimate I am suggesting is a sum of ILR postal fee + the one day premium fee. Currently, the one day fee stands at 590 (rising from 400) and the postal fee 2297 (rising from 1875). This amounts to a total of 2887 for a one day ILR appointment. The 3250 limit that you are suggesting is for the standard postal fee. So I would expect the new postal fee to increase to around 2850 and the new premium appointment fee to rise as well (definitely more than the 590 set currently). So a figure around 3500-3600 is pretty much on cards for next year.

I think it is safe to say to budget 25% more on current fees.

By the looks of it that's what has been happening from 16/17 fees almost a 25% increase. Although the premium fee is almost a 47.5% increase.
