Tier 2 General Dependent Extension Visa

Hi,
I recently got my ILR Dependent VISA on April 2017. My wife came to UK last year on Tier 2 General Dependent Visa and her visa is getting expire on beginning of Oct. So we are planning to apply for Tier 2 (PBS) Dependent Extension visa for next 3 years.

1. Can she apply for 5 years extension instead of 3 years(As 3 years will not cover her stay for ILR) ?
2. Does she or me need to maintain any funds for applying - Tier 2 (PBS Dependent Extension) ?
3. If yes means , How much ? and who need to maintain ?

No she cannot apply for 5 years. The immigration rules state that she will only be granted an extension for 3 years if the main PBS visa holder has been granted ILR.

Yes, I believe it is £630 for 90 days. Either of you.
