I work as temporary staff in hospital and i earned more than 24k in a year.my hospital will hive me a employment letter but it will be mentined that i have temporary staff. Will this be any issue

Since your gross wages meeting required financial threshold so there shouldnt be any issue regarding your type of contract of employment but it should definitely be mentioned in employer letter.
