if parents are legally stayed more than 3 years in Northern Ireland. their new born child sure eligible for Irish citizenship through naturalisation procedure

Can any one please advise how non eea Parents of Irish Child from Northern Ireland gets entry in to RO Ireland in case if parents had finished with UK visa.

Your child is entitled to Irish passport based on your residence in Northern Ireland for 3 years pre birth .
As it's not naturalisation you can send passport application but you will have to send sufficient evidence of your legal residence for 3 years before birth.

Yes , Child is eligible. But parents (either mother or father) needs to be on Tier 2 (General) or Tier 1 work visa for last 3 year.

Hi my child got irish passport as you people said. I am here in northern Ireland more than 7 years. now my UK visa is finished and i have problem with extension. Is there any way i can apply to stay in UK on the basis of my 4 year 1 month irish child. FYI i am full time employee.

You should not be working if you do not have a valid visa. If you are an overstayer, you are not permitted to work at all.

Sorry my application is inprocess and received a letter saying 'application raises 'Exceptionally Complex Issues''. Therefore in case if its refused i am looking for second option on the basis of my child. my biometric letter stated that i can work until my current application concluded.
