CROSS BORDER UNDER DIRECTIVE 2004/38/EC

Hi All,
after trying to get a schengen visa under eu law i am tired and refused without a valid reason. french embassy simply breaching eu law. all required documents are presented but they are just ignoring.
Can anyone advice me is it possible to cross the border from turkey to greece by road if so have any one any experience or advice.
Or any other route from india to europe without visa.

What EU route are you referring to? Are you married to an EU (non UK) citizen?

any easy preferred eu route will be appreciated
by land border without visa

we are both in india with our 6 month old baby
and we can travel together till turkey or any other options will be appreciated

May I ask on what grounds the initial visa was refused?, Unless you fix that, there really isn't much difference if you apply from India or on the land border from turkey. You essentially supply the same documentation in person at the border to get an immediate response so I would advise you fix the grounds for refusal in the first place.
