ReJoin Previous employer with one month

I have recently changed my Employer and looking to go back to my previous employer. Do I need to get fresh COS and BRP Card. Below is details

I was working for Employer A and got my visa approved for Employer B on 17th Aug 2017 in premium services. I joined Employer B on 4th Sep 2017 as mentioned in new COS but I want to move back to Employer A. Employer A is saying you don't need to get fresh COS and visit Home Office for approval. They can get it done thru SMS system and you need any new BRP Card.

Is this true? Has anyone come across such scenario. Please confirm ASAP.

Yes and RLMT etc will also need to be done if not shortage occupation. You will have to pay the visa fee again and the IHS fee.

Employer A is talking nonsense. Your previous visa for Employer A has been cancelled and superseded by your new visa with Employer B.
