ILR Dependant (Tier 2 Route) Absences

Post by agoel » Tue Sep 12, 2017 6:51 pm

I understand there is no rule applied for ILR dependant (via Tier 2 route) for number of absences they can have but it seems people are suggesting not to have more than 90 days absences from UK before application.

Can someone please advise below?

1. How many days of absences outside UK are allowed for a spouse where main applicant is going to have ILR via Tier 2?
2. Is there a 90 days rule to be aware of before application?

As already advised in your other topic, there is NO ABSENCE LIMIT for tier 2 dependents. Suggest stop listening to 'some people' at the pub or wherever.
