ILR 10 Year Route gap issue

Hi
My name is khattak i have to discuss my ILR 10 Year
Sep 2007- april 2010 student visa
May 2010 dec 2010 tier4 general
Dec 2010 dec 2012 PSW
Leave Uk on 21sep 2012 to pakistan intentions to back met with accident and visa finish..
I was hospitalized nearly 12months re apply tier 4 general back to uk
Dec 2013 after 13months
Tier2 general current leave now
ilr due on sep 2017
I have gap issue kindly guide me what is the best soultion.
I have dependents wife and 2 kids are born here.
My Mrs is here for 3 years and kids are same.

Best may be ILR based on 5 years under Tier 2 (General).
