Urgent help Needed!! please!!!

Hello,

My name is Sahir, My dad withdraw all of his savings from Pakistan and some of his savings from UK and put them in a locker which is in my brother and fathers name which was around 10 months ago. Now My brother and Father want to gift me that money which is in Cash in the locker. I want to show that money as my Immigration application for spouse visa for my child and wife. The money is around £32000. I wanted to ask what would I have to do for that what legal document would I need so that When the time for my application comes I could supply with my application as supporting documents. Please guide me how to do this I am a young dad 21 years old and my son is 2 I urgently need help.

I think your best off speaking to a solicitor to draw up a document. The tax man may want to take a bite!!!

If the money was in a locker, how will you prove the where the money gifted to you comes from?

Evidence HO expect to see is bank statements from you and from the person gifting the money.

Also, are you only relying on savings or do you/spouse have any earnings?

Hi,

We will transfer the money by first putting the cash in my brothers account then into mines so that we have a proof that it was gifted to me, I am only relying on savings only as I am also trying to sell 1 of my property which is on my name since 10 years now that property will be around £50000.
Which solicitor do I talk to I mean like a civil, immigration, etc ? My dad has all of the proofs of his savings from where that money came from he had these as investment bonds for 5 years and before that it was a property sale which was in the ownership of my dad therefore he has all the proof for the money,
