URGENT HELP NEEDED FOR ENTREPRENEUR EXTENSION APPLICATION.

Hi everyone.
Just applying for TIER 1 ENTREPRENEUR- Extension in few days so wanna ask few questions for guidance please.
- I have to apply for my wife as a dependent with me so do i need to fill a separate form for my dependent or the same form gonna apply for us both. ??
- Can you also tell what documents can i produce to demonstrate the business if i am self employed ?

This has been asked and answered so many times in this forum.
And is very clear in the guidance too.
I am not even sure where you get the 3120 hours number from - it is not in any document.
So, the answer is NO - it is not ok to have a job for 9 months. The jobs have to be for 12 months or 52 weeks each.

no 1 - Mr A - 2nd january to 30th july - 30 weeks.
no 2 - Mr B - 16th january to 2nd july - 24 weeks.
no 3 - Mr C - 2nd january to till date - 37 weeks so far till date
no 4 - Mr D - 24th july to till date - 8 weeks so far till date .

does this make me eligible for 2 full time jobs or not ?

please reply me asap coz then i can work on it ..

You need at least 104 weeks of full time employment assuming you applied to enter the route before April 2014.

When did you apply for your initial Visa - before or after April 2014 ?

Since you are under transitional arrangements, that is correct. Another 5 weeks of employment and you should meet the requirements.

You need to be 100% sure. HO don't work on 'applicant reckons....'. The are rules that differ pre and post April 2014 which is why you are being asked when you applied.

hello all gurus . while filling main applicant extension form it says on page 13 :
question B10 : please provide your IMMIGRATION HEALTH SURCHARGE reference number ?
i am here from last 9 years and dont have IHS number , what shall i do and what shall i fill in it ?

Google for immigration health surcharge, pay the surcharge and you will be given a number that you enter in there.
