Query regarding extension of my spouse visa after my British Passport

Hi,

I have below query rewarding the extension of wife's visa and I would really appreciate if someone could assist me on this.
My wife is currently on "Family of a settled Person" dependent visa. Below are the timelines which may be useful to understand my query clearly:
My ILR: Feb 2016
My British Passport: Aug 2017
My Wife Visa Status: Family of a settled Person
My Wife Dependent Visa grant: April 2016 i.e. she got the visa after my ILR in 2016.
My Wife Dependent Visa Expiry: 2.5 years i.e. Oct 2018

My questions are:
1. Since I have got my British Passport, do I need to change my wife's visa condition now or it still hold good and I need to wait for her current family of a settled person visa to expire in 2018? Is Family of settled person Visa same for the ILR holder and British Passport?
2. Once my Wife's visa would expire in 2018- which form do I need to fill for her visa extension? Is it FLR-M (Further Leave to Remain-Marriage) form?
3. I believe she has to complete 5 years before she can apply for the ILR i.e. one extension of 2.5 years?Does she need to wait for 1 year after she will be granted ILR to apply for the British Passport/Naturalisation?

1. No change needed, it is the same visa whether you hold ILR or citizenship.

2. FLR(M) yes.

3. Yes, 5 years residence for ILR. No need to wait 12 months on ILR before applying for citizenship. She can apply as soon as she gets ILR as spouse of British citizen provided she meets all the requirements which is based on 3 years residence immediately preceding her citizenship application.
