Hi....I would like to get some advice on visa application....I am on work visa in U.K...I would like to apply for visiting visa for my mother for 6 months...I have maintained £1700 for more than 6 months....My mother is a house wife and she has no property in her name...What are the documents that I have to submit to apply for visa? Does she has to show any fixed deposit?

Never go for 6 months, likely to be refused as not a genuine visit. More like residing.

Go for 2/3 week a couple of times over the six months. Remember six months is the VALIDITY, not the max period...

What evidence of financial, family, social ties will she submit to UKVI to prove she has strong ties and will return to home country?
