How to address my uk spouse application letter

Hello All,
Am applying for my spouse uk settlement visa here in Nigeria to join my husband who is a British,who lives in the uk.please how should we address below supporting documentation with a name when submitting our documents

Letter from spouse employer in the uk -address to who?
Spouse application letter for settlement visa-address to who?
Landlord's consent letter-address to who?

Very urgent
