Dependent Visa for UK from germany for an Indian

Hi,
I am residing in Germany for over 1.5 years now and I am getting married to to a person who has Tier 2 Uk work permit visa. I wanted to know if I have the marriage certificate from India will I be able to apply for dependent visa (for spouse) from Germany to UK.

You can apply for a dependent visa from any country where you have legal residence, i.e. not a visitor.

You will also need evidence of subsisting marriage and communication plus the marriage cert, which must be translated to English if it is not in English.
