Getting Romanian Citizenship by marriage

Hi everyone,

I have a question about Romanian Citizenship. I am married Romanian citizen almost for 3 years. I am Jordanian citizen and we have been living in Jordan for 3 years.
My question is after 5th year of marriage can I apply for Romanian citizenship ? Or did i have to stay in Romania in this 5 year period ?
Cuz on a formal website i found this line but nothing about living or not living its just living with the girl for 5 Years.
If he has been married to and living with a Romanian citizen for at least 5 years since marriage

I would appriciate if you could help me about that.

You must be living with your spouse in Romania for the full 5 years and have evidence of this and also meet the other requirements, i.e. language knowledge etc etc.
