Need advise on whats the procedure

Hi,

My Wife work for a big Indian company, They are processing ICT Tire 2 log term staff for her to UK and am planning to go as dependent, So i resigned from my company.

Before that some Incident happened in my company due to which 2 of my immediate reportes got arrested. Recently they terminated me stating that am their manager and i was not careful and due to which these incident happened.

As my Wife company is waiting for my reliving letter, But as i got terminated now. Am confused what should i do now. Can i show termination letter and say am no longer working, so NOC or relieving letter is not relevant to me?

Please advise.

As an ICT dependent, your employment is irrelevant in India.

Irrelevant for visa purposes. Not sure why your wifes' sponsor is expecting a letter from your employer. What if you were unemployed?
