Tier 1 dependent to flrm

Post by Coder771 » Mon Sep 18, 2017 6:19 pm

Hi all,

I was on tier 1 dependent but my husband applied for ilr on lr so i applied on flrm. We applied in feb 2017 1st week. Haven't heard anything yet.

I already stayed in uk for 2.8 years now :( i understand my stay will reset as applied on flrm.

May i know the period from feb since we applied until we get our visa will be counted in flrm 5 years?

Thanks.

Your 5 years residence qualifying period for ILR will start from the date your FLR(M) visa is issued/granted. Time waiting is not counted.
