You are not allowed to switch to Tier 4 in the UK.1) Can they reapply for a different visa category e.g Tier 4, Tier 2 or even dependent of Tier 2 migrant.
If you want to maintain your lawful stay, apply within 14 days of AR refusal OUTSIDE the UK2) Does the applicant have to leave the UK before reapplying; if yes how soon can the applicant re-apply to come back to the UK.
Yes, they will lose the right to work3) What are the implications of this refusal to dependents currently working. i.e do they have to stop work.

For Tier 2 or PBS dependant you can apply within 14 days of AR refusal.
