FLR(FP) premium service

Dear all

Just quick query, does FLR(FP) have premium service?

My wife will apply FLR(FP) cause our salary doesn’t meet the requirement. But one immigration adviser said there is no premium service for FLR(FP) which makes me confused.
need your advice please.
