Traveling to Home Country as EEA Residence Card Holder

Hi,

I have moved to the UK in 2015 to join my husband on a EEA Family Permit visa. I have now got a EEA Family Permit residence card and want to travel to my home country (Afghanistan) alone using my Afghan passport. Will I face any difficulties traveling alone and entering UK on my return?
