British Citizenship

Hi,

I am from EU and British citizen since March 2016, my husband got his permanent residence card on March 2017.Can he apply now for naturalization being married with a British Citizen ? or he has to wait until next year in March when he can apply using the normal route having PR for 1 year.

Yes, provided he meets all the requirements for applying based on 3 years Spouse of British citizen.

I should use same form AN? I look through and no mentions about the spouse.

Yes form AN. Yes there is a space to mention spouse/partner details. Read it again.
