Extending TIER 2 ICT dependent Visa after main application got ILR

I recently got my ILR by staying 5+ years in TIER 2 ICT visa. My wife has valid TIER 2 ICT dependant visa till mid of next year. I understand that my wife's TIER 2 dependant visa can be extended. But I have a couple of below questions. Please clarify those:

• Is it possible to extend my wife's TIER 2 ICT dependent visa now (though expires only mid of next year) as she is planning to go out of the country in next year?

• Should we pay NHS surplus charge while extending her TIER 2 ICT dependent visa?

• Is my employer letter mandatory for her visa extension?
