delivery?

hello all,
just wondering once your application status shows decided, how do you get the decision by post?
is it normal post or special delivery guaranteed.
I missed one special delivery today don't know if it is from UKVI. any idea guys

Normal second class post, A5 brown envelope.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
