Hello,
I would really appreciate if someone could help me?
I have recently submitted my Naturalisation application to the home office
UK. I filled in the application with the help of a solicitor throughout a
period of a month or so. Certain documents/ pages were completed on
different days throughout that period etc.
I submitted the application on the 25/08 and everything else within the
application information/referee pages is signed/dated within 2 weeks period
prior to the submission date (25/08). Due to an oversight the solicitor
included an old declaration page in the application dated 25/07 instead of
the 25/08.
I have consulted my solicitor on this and she doesn't think it will matter.
I am concerned however and I asked her to send a letter explaining this
oversight and include an updated declaration page. Now she doesn't think
it's necessary and I would like to get a second opinion on whether sending
an updated declaration plage would be a good idea or not?
I'm also changing addresses by the end of this month and I'm planning to
send my new proof of address to the home office by post, would this be
sufficient enough or is there something else that needs to be done online
too?
Appreciate your help,
Noor
