If a DEPENDANT on a tier 4 application makes a fresh application while an AR for a refused Tier 4 visa is pending, can they continue to work. Also while their application is pending, the AR is concluded and rejected, but their application is still pending at this stage. Do they still continue to go to work?

Your application will be put on hold. If ILR fails, your FLR(M) will also fail.

14 days. But if you AR is refused, you Section 3C ends and you are an overstayer from the date your last visa expired

If you make a fresh application, your AR is automatically withdrawn and you are an overstayer and cannot work.

Thank for this. So does this mean that whether its a dependant or main applicant who makes a fresh application while the AR is pending, the conditions are the same--regarding 3c leave

If you are a tier 4 dependent, you cannot apply for AR if the main tier 4 holder does not do the same.
