Information about Spouse Visa

Hi
My wife is in uk, holding UK visa and i m in germany and an asylum seeker. We were got married in april 2017 in pakistan. She wanted to acknowledge home office about her status. What is the procedure plz guide me.

What visa does your spouse have in the UK??

Any reason why she cannot registered on the forum and ask her own questions?
