indefinite leave to remain

Post by tonypatel1966 » Fri Sep 22, 2017 9:50 am

Hi,

a friend of mine has been here illegally for the last 10 years and i have been looking at when he can apply to indefinite leave to remain.

abit of advise would be much appricated

i have read he needs to wait 14 years to apply, is this correct?

is it 14 years from when his visa expired or 14 years from when he entered?

or can you apply after 10 years?

thanks
tony

No it is not.

It might be more beneficial if your friend posts themselves after registering on the forum.

What is friends full UK immigration history?

What are the friends absences in the 10 years?

Has friend done LIUK and does friend meet the English requirement?
