Is anybody can help me please, I have some questions please

I applied for spouse visa 08/2017 and I refused for financial problem and I would like to re-apply but I am so nervous when I've heard this news.
I am cab driver and working with UBER COMPANY and this company near to finish in the United Kingdom what should I do now ???
Already on my first application I said I am UBER DRIVER for 2 years and refused if this company stop in London, the home office will say u r Jobless now ???!!!!
Please can anyone help me
