I received this email for the spouse visa. Anyone know whether it is positive or negative sign? Has anyone received this email?

It is a standard email. It means a decision has been made and you need to wait to hear to collect your documents.

No one can tell you if it is approved or refused. You will only know when the passport is collected.

Yes, the majority of applicants - it is a STANDARD email. Nothing 'unusual' that you have received it.

Okay overanalysing an email won't help I suppose, it must be just myths for those that say that their are clues in an email. I will just have to wait it out. At least a decision has been made.
