Need information regarding passport submission

Hello Everyone,
I need some advice as I recently receive an email from Sheffield and they are now ready to give me spouse visa. I have paid my IHS fee but I'm bit confuse about the TB test. The previous one expired so do I need to submit TB test along with passport and other documents or it is just needed for travel purpose only. In email they mention that If you require a TB certificate for travel, please ensure you have this with your carry-on luggage, in order for you to present to the Immigration authorities on arrival.
