Part time work policy for Tier 2 visa holders

Though bit old topic but I have the same query 4 years later in 2017!
Does the part-time job title need to be exactly same as your sponsored COS job title?
If anyone does this type of part-time job with letting GOV know about it, will it cause any issue you think in future visa renewal or naturalisation?

Kindly refrain from digging up 4 year old topics (click). Rules and requirements/policy change, so pointless looking at old UKBA (no longer exists) documentation.

Any supplementary employment must be in the same job/SOC as your main tier 2 sponsor.
