ILR dependent Visa address requirement

Dear Members,

Please could you help me with a quick question regarding the address requirement for ILR dependent application.

I am currently on ILR and planning my wedding for last week of november.

In the current VAF4A appendix form Part 2- Accomodation details,

1. Do we have to provide full actual address where my wife would be staying....

2. Is a Tenancy agreement + No objection letter from owner sufficient to cover the accomodation section

The reason for asking is, currently I am living a shared accomodation in a service apartment with ensuite rooms. I am planning to move out once my wife visa has been processed.

3. The VAF4A part 2 appendix also ask for full details of the people living including passport details.

As I am living in a share accomodation, it is definitely not possible to ask for some irrelevant person to provide his passport number.

Please could you share your thoughts and let me know.

Yes

Yes. You will also need a property inspection report as you are living in shared accommodation/HMO.

3. The VAF4A part 2 appendix also ask for full details of the people living including passport details.

You can simply list the people without passport information and write 'details not known'. This should not be an issue.
