1. If you are applying in person, it is NOT an interview.
2. Yes
3. Yes
4. Read the form, it clearly states what you need.
What is your UK immigration history?

3)What documents I need to provide.
My Visa stamping date is 05/02/2008 and entry date is 14/02/2008 which date I have consider for 28 days before qualify, like visa stamping date or entry date??
if I consider from 14/02/2008 - I will be two days short, Right now my visa expires in 15/01/2018.
What I have to do??
I look forward to see your valuable inputs.
Thanks

Consider Date of your entry and you can apply 28 before reaching 10 years , if you are 2 days short it should be an iusse near me. Any how if you are bit worried , you can do postal application but make sure its before the expiry of your existing visa . One important thing , don't forget to file all your passports you have had held during these 10 years of time.

Yes. You are require to list ALL employment you had. If you don't have 10 years employment then obviously you cannot write it for 10 years. But if you were a student, HO will be interested to know that you did stick to the conditions of your visa.

Op is applying for Set LR and input of employment is required for citizenship if am not mistaken. Anyhow they can check Employment history any time when someone applies for extension or ILR. And if luckily got ILR then citizenship application might be in trouble.
