FLR (M) Application - When to apply

Post by subodh4341 » Tue Sep 26, 2017 7:27 pm

Hi All,

I have got a query regarding timing of FLR (M) Application :
  • My wife's visa (Settlement Partner Visa) is getting expired on 26th November,2017 .
I would like to know when she should be visiting UK Premium Visa Centre (any of them ) to submit her FLR M Application .

Thanks in advance

Cheers
A concerned individual

Thanks for the reply.

Her Settlement (Dependent Partner) visa was issued on 26th February,2015 (valid for 33 months,as you can see visa expiry date.i.e 26th November,2017 in my initial query ) and she entered UK on 19th April,2015 .

Another minor query - Will a letter (Addressed to both) from Electoral Registration Office be considered as Cohabitation document ?

Do let me know if you need more details.

Thanks in Advance

She should apply as close to 2.5 years completed residence as possible to avoid a shortfall for ILR.

Should be fine yes.

I cannot comment as you don't state what date most of the documents cover.

Looks good. Do you have any other letters for utilities that you can also add?

Thanks CR001 for the reply,

We have only Electricity at our rented flat and it's under my name. There is no Gas service. And Unfortunately
Electricity provider is NPower which doesn't allow joint accounts. :( :( . However I'm submitting Electricity Bill for address proof.

TV License is also registered under my name. :( :(

Other utilities like Mobile,Broadband contracts are also registered under my name :(

If you can suggest something else that would be great.

Thanks in Advance.
