Post by Info123 » Wed Sep 27, 2017 11:17 am

Hello,

I also some questions and may be you guys can help me. I am an Non-Eu person and my wife is Romanian. its nearly 2 years of our marriage. We were living another European country and now we move to Romania. I have 5 years Residence card of another European Country and now i want to apply for Romanian residence.

1. what is the procedure to apply for residence card in Romania and for long Romanian authorities will issue this residence card.

2. After how many years i can apply for permanent residence and Citizenship.

3. Will these 2 years of marriage and living in another EU country be counted for the permanent residence and citizenship process in Romania in my case.

Please provide some information regarding it.

Thank you
Have a nice day.

No they will not. You will start again from zero in Romania, likely under the domestic immigration rules.
