Help with Section 7 of FLRM

Post by aminaelwar » Wed Sep 27, 2017 5:56 pm

Hello,
First time here, so I hope I am in the right place.

I am a US student on a PBS 4 visa wanting to switch to a spouse visa. We have been married for 4 years. I am using my tax-free stipend 16,800 (tax-free threshold is 15,800) ONLY to meet the requirement. I have all the required evidence for this.
My husband is self-employed and had 0 net profit last tax-year.

I wanted to know if it's required that I include my husbands financial information in section 7 even if we do NOT want it to be considered as part of the application? I got mixed messages about this, as the form is not clear. I don't want to confuse anything on the application by adding info about finances we don't want to be considered.

Thank you in advance!

The financial requirement is £18,600 and this is mandatory.
