Please need advice

We sent application last month just someone told us we might made a mistake my accountant is not immigration expert but he done as per accounting rules pls advice us on following

1) investment received form dad account to my personal account then I transferred to business

And accountant made it as director loan ( is that ok for claiming points)

2) if we done mistake what is best solution to amend for immigration purposes

3) someone told us we have to do as capatial share as its comes from 3rd party (but as per us we transferred from personal to business can consider our funds )

4) if we have to convert in capatial share then can we do it now and send them with covering letter

What you have posted is quite vague and you have no posting history on the forum that any member can look at to get any idea.

Instead of listening to someone why not read the official guide ??! DL needs to to be transferred from your PERSONAL account to business account to be considered under immigration rules.

Zimba yes it’s came from personal to buinsss

The Only issue is my dad transferred from his account to my personal account.

Do I need any additional documentary evidence from dad that stated this is her money we just transferred I have no shares in business etc...
