Spouse visa refused

Hi everyone,

First time using this website,

I applied for my missus Visa back in Feb 2017, just found out my Missus Visa got rejected, as they are trying to say they didn't receive employment letter with my documents. I am 100% certain it was part of the docs and the solicitors checked the docs too. However they sent an email requesting a letter to my solicitor and then we sent it again. We haven't heard from them for over 7 months and now they refused it because of this.

All the papers were sent according to the set requirements, but as yet I have not received them back ... I'm not sure what to do next, any advice would be good please ...

Salary is not a issue as I earn just under 30k, 6 months bank statements plus payslips were sent and the employment letter sent twice ...
